Returns Policy
We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered) within 30 days of your order's purchase or ship date. We offer returns to exchange, store credit, or refund. You can return and exchange either in store or mail-in.
In Store Exchange or Return: Visit us at one of our 2 stores located in Seattle and Bellevue, WA.
Mail-In Exchange: To create a mail-in return to exchange, email us at hello@proto101.com with your name, order #, items to return (style, color, size, quantity), and new items to receive.
Mail-In Refund: To create a mail-in return to refund, email us at hello@proto101.com with your name, order #, and items to return (style, color, size, quantity).
For refunded items, payment will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing your return. Please note, a $4 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Gift cards and items marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us at hello@proto101.com with your order information, email, description and image of the defect.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for U.S. orders.
All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for the least amount of carbon impact. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be fulfilled. USPS and UPS typically ship within 2-5 business days.
During peak holiday or promotions, we may experience higher volumes and some delay ship times.
Custom orders require additional time to fulfill and ship.
